Mike Dalby has been a resident of Lubbock county for more than 25 years. After attending Texas Tech University, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.  Following his time in the military, Mike was a volunteer firefighter at Slaton Volunteer Fire Department and worked for West Carlisle Volunteer Fire Department before being hired by Lubbock Fire Rescue.  Mike devoted 11 years to the citizens of Lubbock as a professional firefighter prior to pursuing his passion of becoming a professional pilot.  After achieving his ATP certification, he flew for Mesa Airlines ahead of transitioning to the Chief Pilot for 7B Building and Development. He feels truly blessed to work for a company that is supportive and shares his love of God while serving their community.  

Mike has served on the Covenant Medical Center Development Committee, Joe Arrington Cancer Center Development Committee and was a privileged member of the Texas South Plains Honor Flight. He participated in multiple trips with local veterans to Washington DC where they were able to visit war and service memorials built in their honor.
